Sugary Easter Egg Cookies

I had planned on making my signature iced sugar cookies(egg shaped) for Easter, but ran out of time! Then I remembered I had some crystalized sugar on hand:) Yippee! I decided to tint the sugar with food coloring and dip the unbaked cookies into it before baking...so much easier!!! Here they are cooling on the rack...so colorful!
I like how sparkly the cookies turned out! So pretty!
Ready for gift giving! I had to package some up before Jim ate too many:) YUM!
Another bunny bread:) When I sliced the challah bread, some of the slices looked like bunnies:)
