Daring Baker Delay

I'm sorry. I know this is a far cry from a beautiful dessert such as Chocolate Pavlovas with Chocolate Mascarpone Cheese, but I just wanted to show you the reason for my delay this month...Foot surgery. Nothing serious, but I really do need to stay off of(better yet, elevate) it for a few more days. So, Please check back at the end of the week and you will see a much more appealing, appetizing photo:) I promise.

Now, time to go check out all the other Daring Bakers and the beautiful Pavlovas that did get done!

See you in a few! :)
