3-ingredient {Whole Wheat} Nutella Cookies

There are many Nutella lovers in my family, so when I spotted this recipe for 3-ingredient Nutella cookies on Pinterest, I pinned it right away.  Doesn't get much easier than this!  I decided to use the cookies for ice cream sandwiches. :)
They were sooooo good!
I found the recipe on one of my new favorite blogs, Gluesticks.

3-ingredient Nutella Cookies
Ingredients:
One 13 oz. container Nutella
1 large egg
1 cup of whole wheat flour (or AP)
Directions:
Mix the ingredients together well.
Roll dough into walnut-size balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
Flatten cookies with a flat-bottomed glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes.
Let cookies set for 2-3 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.

ENJOY!
